Is there a way to see what cookies are active on any website at any time?

If you are using the google chrome, there is a good chrome extension to see which cookies are used on each website you visit.

Its name is "EditThisCookie" and is a cookie manager. You can install it on your chrome browser by clicking on the below URL.
