The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise

This error usually occurs when the Microsoft 365 account used for authentication does not have an active mailbox. To resolve the issue, authenticate using a Microsoft 365 account that has a valid mailbox assigned.


AADSTS900144 – The request body must contain the parameter 'code'

If you receive this error when clicking “Sign in with Microsoft”, first verify what type of account you are using. If the account belongs to a Microsoft 365 organization, make sure that:

  1. The user has an active Exchange mailbox
  2. The user is allowed to send email
  3. The mailbox is not disabled or shared-only

If the problem persists, enter your Tenant ID in the plugin settings. In some organizational environments, this can help complete the authentication process when it does not succeed automatically.
