Viewing Email Logs

JMail Log keeps track of all emails sent from your Joomla website. Here's how to access and manage your email logs:

Accessing the Logs: Go to Components > JMail Log in your Joomla administrator panel and click on "Logs" in the submenu or sidebar.

What You'll See: Each email record shows:

• Time: When the email was sent
• Receiver: The recipient's email address
• Subject: The email's subject line
• Status: Whether the email was sent successfully
• Actions: View details or resend the email
• ID: Unique identifier for each email

Managing Your View:

• Use the search box to find specific emails
• Sort by clicking any column header
• Select how many emails to display per page
• Use checkboxes to select multiple emails

Quick Actions:

• View icon: Opens email details in a popup
• Resend icon: Sends the email again
